Advice for beginners

Stay focused and keep pushing. It takes time before seeing results, it is not going to happen overnight. A lot of young guys that I talk to in the gym are very negative about their progress and most of them tend to compare themselves to guys who have been training for years. Stop comparing yourself to others in the gym, ignore funny looks and distasteful comments and just focus on yourself and your training. Set yourself weekly goals even if it is going 1kg heavier each week, that is progress!
