More on Deyuran Moodly's fitness

What type of training do you prefer to do?

I generally prefer a mixture of powerlifting and body building movements namely Power Body Building to ensure I build dense muscle mass during my bulk and retain muscle density during my prep or calorie deficit days. When I am prepping for a body building competition, I generally switch to hypertrophy training and a single powerlifting movement. My favourite form of cardio is generally high intensity interval training such as spinning or a run on the treadmill or road.

If I’m on holiday I prefer to jog and do plyometrics if there is no gym nearby.

What is your favourite SSN product and why?

N.O. Rage Next Gen in Sour Gummies flavour, it is the best tasting flavour I’ve ever had. Having great tasting supplements makes prep that much easier! N.O. Rage Next Gen also provides great muscle pump and contains a high dose of Citrulline Malate which helps increase blood flow and oxygen transportation throughout the body.

What is your philosophy when it comes to health and fitness?

For me, fitness represents self-discipline and self-control. You can’t obtain a muscular physique without the necessary hours in the gym and kitchen. Prioritizing health and fitness helps a person mould their best version of themselves.

My approach to health and fitness is advocated by a quote by Will Smith. “Self-Discipline is Self-Love”. What you put in is what you get out, at the end of the day you are accountable for your own actions.
