Andrew Hudson's The Art Of Stacking N.O. Crea-Pump and Crea-Mass

I am going to outline here how to best use these 2 products together for maximum effect! Warning this is not for sissies!

Both of these products should be reserved for training days only. N.O. Crea-Pump being a pre-workout drink ideal for maximising the pump as well as increasing energy, focus and strength. Crea-Mass working as an advanced carbohydrate and creatine drink.

When using supplements you should always try using them as directed but sometimes it’s worth trying out a slightly different approach, here’s what I do and suggest you give it a try too!

I take the full serving of N.O. Crea-Pump before starting my workout. Then while training I have a water bottle (with plain water) and a shaker with the Crea-Mass mixed with water. While training I try to drink as much water as I can, somewhere around 2-3 litres of water depending on your body size will be fine. The more water you drink the more water will get into your blood system. This will increase your blood volume and further enhance the pump. It also has another benefit; it will help to flush toxins! Drinking so much water will take some getting used to but in the end you will see and feel the benefits!

Now while the Arginine is working hard to dilate your blood vessels and maximise the pump this is a good time to flood the system with a highly absorbable high molecular weight carbohydrate such as waxy maize starch found in Crea-Mass! Of course the creatine will help this whole process along by enhancing cellular energy and pulling water into the muscle cell.

Andrew Hudson drinking Crea-MassMany people think of this whole water creatine thing as a bloated watery/puffy look when in actual fact it is the reverse! You see in order to get that bloated puffy look you have to store water outside of the muscle cell, actually in between muscle cells. This can occur from a very high sodium intake or from certain medical conditions! The way creatine works is to pull water INTO the muscle cell, thereby giving it a harder leaner appearance! A hydrated muscle cell is a healthy muscle cell and the more water inside the cell, the greater the cells capacity to hold amino acids and other components ready for when they are needed!

So while training I finish the Crea-Mass, making sure I sip on it so that it lasts for the entire or close to the entire workout! Post-training I recommend a good quality protein drink such as 100% Whey Protein, MRP or Anabolic Muscle Builder depending on your goals!
